SUMMER PROGRAM 2013:
We offer a summer day program for children
6-17 years old. The program runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Your child will be matched with his or her own horse or pony to ride and care for all week. For beginners each day includes a mounted riding lesson as well as horsemanship lessons. Advanced riders may ride twice during the day.
Children will also have the opportunity to participate in several other exciting activities during the course of the week. Offerings include:
- Swimming Archery
- Tennis Arts and Crafts
- Basketball Ping-pong
among others...
This program offers children the best summer experience by combining the horse time they desire with other outdoor sports activities for full summer fun. Let them enjoy an action-packed week at Sport Nature Riding & Recreation Center. Our indoor ring means rainy days are no problem!

July 15-19 Advanced Beginner/ Intermediate 1 & 2
July 22-26 Advanced Beginner/ Intermediate 1 & 2
July 29-Aug 2 Beginner
Cost per week is $450
Space is limited call early.
Generally, Advanced Beginner students should trot independently on several horses and over poles. Intermediate 1 students should trot independently and be starting to canter individually and trot small jumps. Intermediate 2 students should be cantering in a group and have begun trotting cross rail courses. Advanced students should be jumping. Please call and we will assist you in determining which level your child fits into.
